This Privacy Policy explains how The Fajr Fund LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and discloses personal information through thefajrfund.com, our website forms, communications, appointment scheduling and investor portal.
If you become an investor, the privacy notice provided with the applicable fund's offering or account documents also governs information handled in connection with that investment. This website policy does not replace that notice or expand the permitted disclosure of nonpublic investor information. Your offering documents identify the applicable fund and its general partner.

We collect the information you submit when you contact us, request materials, schedule a call, subscribe to updates or use investor services. Depending on your interaction, this includes:
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank or payment-card details, passwords, tax returns or accreditation documents into public website forms or appointment descriptions. Contact us for the appropriate method of supplying information required for an investment.
We may also receive information from your authorized representatives, scheduling or event providers, and service providers involved in your relationship with us.
Our website and the services it uses receive technical information when you visit or submit a form. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, request and access times, pages and page addresses visited, referring websites, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers and interactions with website features.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including browser session storage and pixels, for website functionality, security, remembering which promotional popups have been shown, preserving campaign-source information during a visit, analytics and the advertising measurement described below. Investor services may also use cookies or similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions.
When you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we also save the campaign and ad-click identifiers in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, fbclid and gclid) in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days, so we know which ad or link brought the visit. If you submit a form on our site, those identifiers are sent with your submission. We do not save them if you use the "Your Privacy Choices" opt-out in the footer or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Form security checks use information such as submission timing, IP address and verification results to help detect spam and abuse. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, Cloudflare processes technical signals to distinguish people from bots. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
Website addresses and campaign parameters can be received by analytics providers or included with an inquiry record. Do not put personal or confidential information in website addresses, referral links or campaign parameters.

When you request a pitch deck or PPM, our team uses your request details to review and follow up with the requested materials. Submitting a request or stating that you are accredited does not complete investment verification or establish an investment account.
Website inquiry details are processed through our website's administrative systems. We also use Follow Up Boss to organize contact and inquiry records, support follow-up and notify responsible team members. These records can include your contact information, request type, stated accredited-investor status, professional background, investment range, message and campaign-source information, depending on what you provide. For investor-call scheduling, after you submit the call-request form, the website loads an embedded Calendly scheduling page. Your name and email address are passed to Calendly to prefill the booking form; campaign-source parameters may also be passed. Calendly receives technical information when its page loads and processes the appointment information you enter. Its cookies and other processing are described in Calendly's Privacy Notice. You may contact us by email if you prefer to discuss scheduling without using the embedded calendar.
Our website may link to event-registration services, including Luma. Information you provide on those services is handled under their notices, and we may receive registration details needed to administer the event.
When you visit our public website, we use Google Analytics to understand site use, and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Floodlight tags (used with our advertising partner Muslim Ad Network) to measure our ads and to show our ads to past visitors on other sites and apps. These tools load when the page loads and may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, the pages you visit and whether you requested a document or booked a call. We do not send form contents, investment information or account information to these providers. Google's Floodlight tag may include an encoded copy of our own business contact email shown on the site. Meta may connect information it receives from our website with information it holds from its own services or other sources; see Meta's United States Regional Privacy Notice.
These providers may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites or services. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of "targeted advertising" or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law. Our use of advertising pixels for remarketing may be treated as such under some state laws, and you can opt out as described under Your privacy choices below. We do not sell personal information for money.
The analytics and advertising described in this section concern public website activity. The use and disclosure of private investment records remain subject to the applicable investor privacy notice.
In addition to the services described above, we disclose information as needed to hosting, database, security, communications and other technology providers that support our operations, and to authorized personnel who handle your request or account.
For investment-related matters, information may be disclosed to the relevant fund entities, administrators, professional advisers and designated verification or financial-service providers, as permitted by applicable law and the investor privacy notice.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, legal process or lawful regulatory requests; investigate fraud or security incidents; or protect legal rights. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, reorganization or other business transfer, subject to applicable law, contractual obligations and investor privacy requirements.
You can ask us to stop marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email or emailing admin@thefajrfund.com. We may still send communications needed to respond to an active request, administer an investment, protect an account or meet legal obligations.
You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and other site data. Blocking these technologies may affect website features, embedded scheduling or portal access. Choices may need to be set separately for each browser or device.
Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. That tool applies to Google Analytics; it does not disable all website tracking. You can also review the privacy and advertising controls offered by the providers identified above.
You can opt out of advertising cookies and pixels at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of every page. This choice is stored in your browser, so you'll need to set it on each browser and device. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of this advertising use. When you opt out, the Meta Pixel and the Floodlight tags are not loaded on later page loads. Opting out does not turn off Google Analytics. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on. Our website does not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals. You can send privacy or advertising-related requests to admin@thefajrfund.com. These technical limitations do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
Depending on where you live, our relationship with you and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of certain processing, or an opt-out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising. You may also have rights to limit certain uses of sensitive information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.
To make a request, email admin@thefajrfund.com. Describe your request and provide enough information to identify your relationship with us. Do not send passwords or full tax or bank identifiers. For requests involving access, correction or deletion, we may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. We will request only the information reasonably needed to handle your request.
Rights and our response obligations may be subject to exceptions, including recordkeeping requirements and information governed by financial privacy laws. We will respond under applicable requirements and explain any applicable limitation. If you wish to appeal a response, reply to that response and identify it as an appeal. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account the nature of the information, the status of your inquiry or investment relationship, your requests and preferences, recordkeeping requirements, security needs, disputes and legal obligations.
Different records may have different retention periods. Unsubscribing or closing portal access does not necessarily require deletion of investment records, records we must preserve by law or information needed to document and honor a privacy or communication preference.
We use technical safeguards intended to protect personal information, including controls on access to administrative and investor systems. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your login details private and contact admin@thefajrfund.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control information they collect independently when you use their services.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the relevant service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ between those locations. Applicable requirements for processing and transferring personal information continue to apply.
Our website and investment services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through our public website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact admin@thefajrfund.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy when our practices, services or applicable requirements change. The version date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change where required by law.
